School Council

Who the School Council are:

The school councillors are a team of pupils that meet up regularly  to discuss a project. In every class there are 2 school councillors.

How we were chosen:

At the beginning  of the year, in every class, the children who would like to be school councillor create a speech to to explain why they should be chosen. After we read our speech, all the class vote for the best one. Whoever gets the most votes is the main school councillor and the pupil with the second highest vote is the deputy.

Skills a School Councillor Needs:

School councillors need lots of different skills including thinking of ideas, caring, talking and listening. All these things help you to be a great school councillor!

What we do:

As a school council we help our school to become an even better place to be. We work on a few projects every year to keep improving our school even more.

This term our project is:

School Meals and tuck shop.
